MAINTENANCE REQUIRED TO RENTAL EQUIPMENT (This is your only maintenance requirements while your have equipment on rent) GREASE: Lube each grease fitting every 8 hours of use. FUEL: Keep the machine fueled & do not run out of fuel. LUBRICATION: Check & maintain all oil & fluid levels. LUBRICATION: Oil air tools every hour of operation. AIR CLEANERS: Service only as needed on dusty jobs. TIRES: Repair all flats & replace destroyed tires. DAMAGE WAIVER A damage waiver is a fee based on a percentage of the rental charge which frees the renter from financial responsibility for most accidental damage incurred to our rental equipment when equipment is in the renter’s possession. The Damage Waiver provides “ Peace of Mind” because the Damage Waiver protects you from having to pay for most damages that occur to rented equipment. Without the Damage Waiver, you are required to return equipment undamaged or pay to have it fixed. A Damage Waiver in not insurance. There is no deductible with a Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver is a waiver to our contractual right to have equipment returned in the same operating condition as when it left. Damage Waiver is not insurance and does not cover you, the customer, from liability arising from possession, use or operation of equipment. You are still responsible for providing insurance to cover all liability and loss arising from your use, possession, maintenance or return of the equipment. The damage waiver covers repair expenses to rental equipment except for the following: 1. Theft or disappearance of equipment, accessories or missing parts. 2. Vandalism, Burglary, Collision, Fire and Flood 3. Cleaning 4. Tire Damage 5. Operator error, operator abuse or improper use of equipment 6. Use of equipment in violation of any of the terms of the rental agreement 7. Striking overhead objects, traffic accidents, rollover or retrieval of equipment 8. Gross negligence The Damage Waiver covers up to 50% of the current replacement value of the machine.
